Responsibilities

• Collaborating with DevOps engineers to build products, integrate systems, and deploy projects.
• Designing and deploying high-availability, cluster, and distributed application systems.
• Developing and customizing monitoring systems using open-source technologies.
• Automating deployment and operations using tools such as Ansible and SaltStack.
• Transitioning and integrating applications to Cloud Native architectures.
• Researching and implementing SDN solutions from leading vendors.
• Supporting the operations of our clients’ IT systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in IT/Telecommunications or related fields.
• From 3 years of experience implementing and customizing open-source applications for data collection, storage, and visualization.
• Ability to design and deploy high-availability, cluster, and distributed mechanisms for application systems.
• Experience with Time Series Databases (e.g., InfluxDB), ElasticSearch, Graph Databases (e.g., Neo4j), RDBMS (e.g., MariaDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL), and NoSQL databases.
• Experience implementing and customizing open-source monitoring systems (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix) and operational experience with Elasticsearch clusters.
• Proficiency in Config Management/Automation Frameworks such as Ansible, Jenkins, or SaltStack for Unix/Linux systems.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, integration testing, and the ability to apply automation frameworks to CI/CD processes.
• Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux environments and Source Code/Version Management Tools (Git/SVN).
• Basic understanding of Shell Scripting and container technologies, preferably Kubernetes.
